About Me & My Firm


I established my Firm in May 2010 and am the principal and sole practitioner. I qualified as a solicitor in 1999 at Narbarros and went on to work as an employment lawyer for 4 years at PwC and latterly 7 years at Allen & Overy LLP. I also spent time on secondment at two global investment banks. I have worked for some of the largest banks and corporates in the UK and have a huge amount of experience in all areas of employment law including:

 

  • Drafting the full spectrum of employment documentation

  • Advising on a wide range of ad hoc employment law queries

  • Managing disciplinary and grievance procedures

  • Advising on the redundancy process

  • Conducting high value Employment Tribunal claims for various forms of discrimination, unfair dismissal and whistleblowing

  • Advising sellers and buyers on the employment aspects of asset and share transactions and outsourcing

  • Designing and delivering a range of client training.
