Handling contentious matters

Negotiating dismissals and compromise agreements in order to protect the business' interests

Dealing with subject access requests under the Data Protection Act

Advising on discrimination questionnaires and drafting an appropriate response

Conducting independent investigations into allegations of discrimination, whistleblowing, harassment and victimisation, and compiling a report of my findings (which where appropriate will annex my recommended course of action)
